On 27th April 2024, A Mega Mass Pep Talk was conducted in front of CHP Service Building for Fuel handling workers. Workers in large numbers were given fire safety training by CISF Personnel. They briefed about the different types of fire. They also explained about "How and which type of fire extinguishers" are effective and safe for different types of fire. Before this medical fraternity talked about the measures need to be taken during this summer season to protect ourselves. They also emphasize the bad impact of smoking and consuming tobacco on our health. HOP, Unchahar; GM(O&M); GM(FM); GM(O); and HODs/HOSs from all dept. graced the occasion. GM(FM) emphasised the importance of fire safety at the workplace. He also elaborated the cause of uncontrolled fire in CHP and measures to be taken to prevent it. He also emphasised on restrictions of mobile uses in plant premises. During the pep- talk, Safety quizzes were also conducted, and best Safety conscious workers were awarded and appreciated with safety mementoes by Senior Officials.
